As a Canes fan, I admit it was depressing watching my team decaptulate in the second half. But week later. Over it lol. Lions deserved their victory. Good luck for the final. Should be favourites. Saders all AB front row. So we'll see.

The team that plays better on the day is the team that deserves to win. No-one has special rights or privileges.

It may have been different back in the day when it was a round robin and everyone played everyone else. Back then it wouldn't have been out of the question to simply award the Super Rugby trophy to the side that finished with the most points on the table and do away with these playoff games, but not anymore. With the imbalances in conference strengths and the ridiculous pool format, playoffs are now essential to determine the winner . . . and even those playoffs are unfair with crap teams like the Stompies and the Brumbies getting home quarterfinals just because they finished at the top of crap conferences.

Whichever one of the Lions or Crusaders wins the game on Saturday will be a very worthy winner of this year's competition. I don't think many will argue that they have been the two best teams and at the very least we can agree that they are both deserving of their place in the final.

Go Lions!

Exactly.

It could go either way and whoever has the most points at the final whistle will be champions. Fully deserved as well.

I'm hoping it'll be the Lions.

The Kiwis have a cabinet full of trophies. We don't. It would be AMAZING if we could dust off a little corner in our cabinet to place our lonely solitary Super Rugby trophy on.

Tell you one thing ... I will go ballistic if that had to happen. You'll hear me clear as day in Christchurch.

Go Lionss.
