The game was for the first twenty minutes monotonous and without any real purpose. After halftime there was a period similar to the first 20 minutes, Anyway - congratulations to Scotland.
They will have to improve if they want to beat Japan. In the Pacific Cup - Japan defeated Fiji by 41-21 and Samoa is not he strongest team by some distance in that competition - for example they lost against Fiji.
The game between Japan and Scotland will determine who is going to go through to the quarterfinals.

I’m predicting Japs will struggle against Scotland after huge game against Ireland.
In 2015 they faded after Bok game.
I hope I’m wrong but can’t see them pulling out another huge effort as they may have played their tournament already.

I've lived and worked in Japan for decades on and off... and one thing about the place... it gets hella humid... worse than Brisbane in February... and thats saying something...
I figure though that later in the tournament (few week's time) will start to get much more mild and very pleasant temps / humidity... with fast decks... suiting the running rugby teams... sorry NH...
