That was a fantastic performance! In my opinion the game of round 4. Very ambitious play by both sides. Very physical and intense. The better side won in the end.

I have always maintained that Argentina is a quality rugby team.
They have made the semi-final twice at world cups. Somehow they have never done well in the rugby world rankings, as for some reason they only seem to play well against better opposition. They lose against poor teams which tanks their world rankings.
They pushed the All Blacks recently in New Zealand even though- the scoreboard ran away at the end of the match. They did much better than Australia did in either match vs the ABS.
They have a good pack, and the passing skills in the backline it a bit like the All Blacks.
This has been the best 4 nations ever- with all 4 teams capable of winning away games.
The Boks are going to get a home game against Australia, while the All Blacks are going to get a tougher game in Argentina, before travelling to SA.
It is hard to see which Australia is going to turn up, but they now have 2 away games having lots of two out of three home games.

Yes, congrats to them on a hard fought victory. They looked pretty good!

Agreed Sharkbok. They have been very good. I was frustrated with he second Puma test. It's as though our fans looked down upon them. It was actually a very close game when you consider then Boks blew 3 tried.

I regard the Pumas as the most dangerous offloading team in the competition. They flow seamlessly between themselves. I was pencilling in my team of the tournament, and found it hard to separate the individuals from those around them.

Overall, a quality side. It would be fantastic if they could inflict some damage on New Zealand, but they'll probably reap the whirlwind. Either way, it's great to have them playing such great rugby. Ledesma is clearly a very astute coach.
