It looks like 15 leprechauns wearing the Connacht strip.

Most of the game has been played near the halfway line so far, not much space on attack.

LOL poor Sharks didn't know what they where in for when the came to the Sportsground. Doesn't show up on the TV but their is gale blowing and also what doesn't show up o n the TV is the Sportsground isn't a level pitch and the Sharks are actually playing uphill, so second half they might have a better time. Having said that this Sharks B team has shown nothing other than box kicks and as as a result Connacht well deserve the 19-0 lead at half time.

Is this the Z-team, I barely recognise anyone in the Sharks team.

There is no plan B , let alone a plan A. Utterly useless performance by the Dogfish

Yes, it is very windy here in Newquay as well.
This has been a very windy winter so far, I cant wait to go overseas to the Canary Islands next week Friday.

Venter is useless. If he was a big strong player, he might be effective - but he is just a small player that is brainless to boot. A baby version of Johan Deysel.

A bit of a comeback near the deat h, but Connacht already had the game in the back with bonus points and planning for the next game.

Yes, it is very windy here in Newquay as well.

Ah the wind in Sportsground is a different kind of wind. If you where looking at the temperature in Galway you be thinking ah that does look that bad. But the wind in Galway is this special kind of wind that blows the soul out of you through your backside. Many a rugby player has gone there and thought I'd rather be anywhere else on the planet but here.

Anyway that's the full South African Super Rugby scalp to Connacht. First URC team to beat all 6 SA Super Rugby teams and 8 wins in a row at home against SA opposition.

Congrats Connacht, deserved winners....not such a bright idea sending a under Strength team there.

Murray Koster at 13 was the only B side Shark that showed promise James Venter was good at 6 - good player You know you are scraping the barrel when you play Bohli at lock. The guy is a 7 Wright at 9 was useless and Volminck is not a fullbacks backside Rohan Janse v Rensburg must have been a bit disappointed he got selected as he without a doubt belongs with those rested in SA They could have players Koster at 12 with Marnus Potgieter at 13, his usual position - not wasted on the wing as he often is

Agreed Dave. Congrats Stav. Looks like your team owns the Yarpies.

Connacht had a nightmare opening fixture list. Final 6 rounds is a lot easier for us, Lions at home Edinburgh and Cardiff at home while Dragons, Zebre and Glasgow away. Glasgow would be the toughest match but the other 5 pretty winnable, so we could be a dark horse to make top 8. I'll be sick if end up in 8th but don't get Champions Cup qualification because of the Stupid Shields system.

Wish the shields system was done away with. And was just a 15 match regular season and then the top 8 go into playoffs and qualify for Champions Cup. None of this shit where Connacht have to place Leinster twice while the likes of Beneton, Glasgow and Edinbur gh get to play Zebre twice, or this crap of the Welsh being guaranteed one place in the Champions Cup.
