Although the stormers will have "home field advantage" for their game against the Chiefs this weekend they will have their hands full as the are men of diminutive statue overall. The Chiefs will roll out their biggest piece of artillery in this game with hulking prop Sosefo Kautai set to make his Super Rugby debut.

The 20-year-old, who tips the scales at 133kg, has been named on the bench so just as the stormers start to run out of puff they may be squashed by this force of nature.

Here is hoping that they do, even though it would be for the better good of the rugby world (Crusaders) I just cannot back anyone but the Kiwi team.
Go the mighty Chiefs.

According to these stats Beeno's stormers should be competitive but their line out is suspect. Of course they don't take into account the quality of the opposition.

I'm ever hopeful, but it will be our first real test to see where we stand. GO WP!

Agree with Draad - but am not entirely hopeful.   If the Stormers put up a good show - even losing - it would be a vast improvement from where they were last year.
Am worried about their loosies and the youngsters at center will have to show real guts in the match.

Stormers have a good chance to take this, Chiefs have struggled to put away very poor teams in the last couple of rounds so they will need to up their performance to take this.Chiefs by 10

More than a win or loss, the type of rugby is what to look.
Wins, losses happen.
What matters is the type of rugby played. So far, it takes a SA team to make another look good.

Mike The lose forward trio worry me as do the diminutive backs.
This will be a very interesting match and will help to tell us whether these small players can do it.Meanwhile of course we have these kiwi blowhards chest beating for all they are worth. JW and crusader nut could do themselves a damage.
Go Mighty Stormers down these kiwi weasels!

I'm a Stormers fan this weekend Beeno.
Didn't hold out much hope for them this season and fancied the Bu lls over them. Facepalm, I know right :/

 Randomness would be great.

SA path looks more like doom than randomness.

Trad, you're either a bot experiment or busy with some sort of social study...congrats on staying in character all this time....or if this is your normal everyday way of communication, you must surely be in the nut house...do you get a break from the straight jacket a few times a day? What gives.

The Traditionalist, whatever you are adding to your JUBA is not working.
Try it straight up for a change.

 Beeno
My worry about the Centers is a minor minor compared to the worry about Kolbe and Leyds.   The latter is as bad as Havana was in the last test match against the AB's.    Attack reasonable - defense non-existent.

What is not working is SA rugby.

A string of personal attacks.

Social study? It could be put that way. The continuation of rugby indeed is somewhat a mystery.

People on this board are unable to quote one cause to continue SA rugby. Yet it must endure.
Of course, the mad people must be others.

Trad, it's not a personal attack as such, just me trying to make sense of your waffling...please, it's really hard for this dom dutchma n to make sense of your ramblings...I'm a fool for still trying, I know, but...
