His name is Vaibhav Suryavanshi and he only turned 14 two weeks ago. He's currently 19 not out off 8 balls.

Hannekom tackles a player. A Munster guy literally lies on Hannekom right in front of the ref, it's so far behind the ruck that it's not interfering with the ball coming of the ruck at all...and the ref pings Hannekom for not rolling.

Then the Munster 9 dummies from the ruck causing the Bulls line to push up, and the ref pings the Bulls for offside.

I air don't get how these guys get to this level of reffing when they don't seem to know the rules.
