Bye Bye England and G'onya Mickey Arthur who's done a great job with one of the most difficult teams to manage.

Easy to get 212 - got it in 38,1 overs. England out p so the final will be a team from the sub-continent. Probably an Indian - Pakistan final.

This has been a very disappointing tournament, with very few moments to remember. Sadly the sight of Miller and Faf both trying to make the same end is probably the thing that will stay in memory.

This time of the year the wickets and English weather is not ideal for cricket.

Even though it's their summer? I find that a bit odd.

I'm not sure which one is worse? The above or Donald stuck at one end of the wicket with the whites of his eyes showing and his jaw dropped to the ground.

I got most of my predictions wrong for this tournament, but I did predict that England would fold under the pressure of home expectation. I wonder what the odds were that none of England, Australia, South Africa or New Zealand would make the final?
