Cheers Aug, In fairness he had a decent game if that video is anything to go by, and I'm no fan of his.

Oh boy Allende has obviously been studying Henry Slade.....tractoring is replaced by the boot. Well sort of....there was still some tractoring. Hell at least it's something new....good on him!

Watching the Puma centre pair was depressing thinking that Damian is in all likelihood going to be out starting 12. We are losing the arms race against the NH sides.

DdA seems to be utilized as some sort of hybrid center/flanker extra loosi e strategy. That together with Kolisi being a hybrid flanker/center makes some sort of bizarre sense in a non conformist rugby environment.

Pity he lost the offload and even greater pity he has very limited rugby vision.

I think losing the offload worked in his favour. It was frantic and didn't increase the Stormer's attack. After his time with Meyer, he did tighten his game. A very different player since that time. He still has major issues. I still don't see him as a pure 12. There was a time when I thought we could persevere with him at 13, but Am and Kriel are lightyears ahead of him. Still can't sum up general play. He looks more cognisant during scripted sequences of plays. His defence is still a problem. We see him kick more each game now. Not a bad thing, but I think André and Frans do it better.
