There are some things you can bank on in this world . . . you will be taxed, you will die one day, the ANC will win any general election . . . and the Hapless Stompies will fail to live up to the wild and unjustified expectations of their whiny supporters, aka the Blowhards!
It's the same thing every year. The Blowhards start every season by thumping their skinny chests and bragging and boasting about how the Hapless Stompies are by far the best of the South African sides and how this is going to be their year to win the S15.
A few games into the tournament, after the Hapless Stompies have been man-shamed repeatedly and exposed as a bunch of talentless plodders, the Blowhards stop bragging and they start snivelling and whining about the naughty refs who are always so ugly to the H apless Stompies.
A few more humiliating defeats and they start blubbering about [insert name of overrated donkey] being injured, bleating and whimpering as if they're the only team in the whole world who've ever had a player injured . . . in-between sobs about unfair reffing, SANZAR conspiracies and other teams that are always cheating the poor, victimized Stompies.
This year is no different. It was the same last year . . . and the year before that . . . and the year before that. . . and it will be the same again next year. You can count on it!
What a bunch of weak-arsed little crybabies the Blowhards are and what a mincing bunch of overrated showponies their players are! Man I am glad I don't support the Hapless Stompies!
