Robert Dupreez has had some decent games, but he can be extremely one dimensional.

Curwin Bosch is a better attacking option- albeit he is probably the worst defender in world rugby.

Apparently, Muir is blamed for the lack of attack from the Sharks in SuperRugby, but he was stuck with a cart horse at 10.

SB

I was watching the WC in 2017 and found that Bosch in the series was seriously disappointing at flyhalf.    That was in respect of especially decision-making and all aspects of performance,   The backline in that series only functioned when  Willemse playing at 12 was first receiver cutting out the aimless play of Bosch.

Bosch came away from the WC with a much reduced reputation - Willensse  with a  much enhanced one,

I am not really impressed with Du Preez at flyhalf either and Bosch was no better than him when laying a few games at flyhalf.   Maybe Bosch was hyped too much - he has defensive problems - but his decision-making is not that hot either,       .

Every game I have see Robert play was terrible. Poor passes, slow kicking action. Charged downs in every game I've seen. He looks very slow of mind.

I am not liking the way Du Preez is playing - but will Bosch at flyhalf be any better?    I think he should stay at 15 - he showed signs of not being up to standard at flyhalf, hence my comments about what he produced at the under 20 WC and he did not show much in that position for the Sharks either.   .   .
