Redsman I must admit I could not understand Peyper's refereeing today. He indicated a penalty to the Wallabies and then turned around and penalize the Wallabies. That was frankly mystifying to me. A couple of other penalties were also dubious and was even questioned by the New Zealand commentators. However, I am not sure why he was refereeing the way he was - so that one remains baffling to me. Be it as it may - the game is gone and dusted and I believe on average the All Blacks were better than the Wallabies and deserve their win. Three tries to one is a fair assessment and should be taken into account when dealing with the issue of the final outcome of the game.

Jaco has always been an ordinary Ref. and there's no doubts about him blundering throughout the game, both ways....to say he favoured the Kiwis is way over the top. Actually I liked the way he allowed the breakdown to be contested and allowing the game to flow without being too technical. The AB's were clearly the better side and the Wallabies proved to be their own worse enemies at times. The better team won.

Redsman my apologies for this bad display. Heck how bad does it get when the nz commentators talk about professional fouls by the abs when oz are pushing for tries and then say that was a harsh call as another one goes against the wobblies.

Why we so favour the abs and why Oz refs so favour the abs is a mysetery. Always remember Bob Dwyers stats. abs 42 penalties to one yellow. Oz 7 penaties to one yellowand Boks 6 penalties to one yellow. That was only achieved by Oz and Saffa refs favouring Nz.

Its time for both Oz and SA to wake UP!.

Mckenzie needs to drop the passive Mogg and to play Quade at flyhalf. Bring in Beale at 15. They  could also try Falau at at 13.

I didnt notice wee mcaaaaw much -only when the commentators raved because he caught a ball or did something of really little merit. He did knock on a pass on the wing I noticed.

I do hope Cloudy is getting over her school girl crush! Hahahahahahaha

You know what? Go shove it up your arse Red. You made a fair point but not even acknowledging the clearly better team on the day is very poor on your part, however not unexpected and 'normal' for an Aussie.

-

I made reference to this AB tactic last year on here and got rubbished for it so go fig. However how many times have we seen the ab's go down to 14 men and still 'hold the line'. The other team gets the penalty at the end of the day if they really think they can get the 5/7 points then go for it....... But how many teams do that and whynot? Let me answer that with you saw why today! With the lions share of the ball and field all one of the best attacking teams in the world could manage is a intercept try against the run of play.

-

The way dagg stayed on his man and waited for his inside man (taylor) to make the tackle, the way the ab's swarm and get (legal) turnover after turnover when on they're line.... Of course they will give away the 3 points when pushed, because they know you will fucking TAKE IT! but that's not the only reason the other reason is of course they back themselves to get the points at the other end of the field.

-

Aussies biggest problem was that all week they were more worried about the other teams ill discipline and not they're own or own game and that cost them big time. I see Mcfatty thinks if his team builds phases they should get points or a card.... Super rugby maybe, but not test level mate, your playing the best from another country and things can be turned on there head very quickly.

-

Bugger me I could go on, but i think i will leave that to the ninja sas and my fav troll nukie. Red if you and mcfatty think ref calls are gonna save ya, then no wonder you dumb shits can't find work in a place with so many jobs going.

Check the penalty count for both matches and check where they took place. And all by Crusaders players mostly. Hardly surprising considering "cheat and pray" is the doctrine promoted at that franchise. Crusaders players, forwards to be precise (front, second and back rowers), are consistent "cheats" at Super 15 or International level.

Whitelock dwells in the same cellar that Crockett occupies. The vindictive, thug cheats refuge. When the attacking side gets inside the 40, watch the crooks hood up and get to work. Inside the 25 they up the anti with murderous intent. A sporting contest is one thing. Outright cheating is not sport at all.

Spoony i think you'll find that's why they have refs to adjudicate any foul play.

Are you like Bean Brain saying that the yarpy refs are complicit in theses alleged discrepencies .

Or are Kiwis just so fast and magical that the ref misses these so called indiscretions.

Spooney, great point. On no less than 5 occasions the Aussies were close to the tryline and on the front foot when 5 penalties were given for professional fouls. On a maximum of 3 professional fouls someone should have gotten yellow. On the seccond time this happened the captain should have got a team warning. The Kiwi's did it on 5 occasions and did not even get a warning. Absolute disgrace and blatant cheating, which the ref allowed.

How on earth do you not go upstairs to check on Steven Moore's 'try'. That beats me.

Nonu should have been at least Yellow carded for his shoulder charge with no arms on Alexander.

McCaw is the only player in world rugby who can enter a ruck from which ever direction he chooses. The off the ball playing from the AB's is unbelievable. How many players are taken out without the ball just baffeles me.

I am convinced that the IRB give directives to every ref that the 'Cheating' AB's must win at all costs.

Well if what you say about "cheating inside the 40" was true (which it is not) then Boks should develop backs that can score medium range. As you don't , it must infirm that this excuse is just that , ie poor sports trying to find any way to explain their disappointment . You just have to play better - like you used to.

Cloudy

You Kiwi's should really start getting your heads out of your arses and have a look what tactics are.

We all know Australia play of Genia and like the Kiwi no 10 he is a deicsion maker, Genia did not have had such a good time in the last 2 games and you wanna know why? First of lets start with the illegal tactics by NZ

Lets start with some obstruction. He is infront of the ball meaning he is offside to begin with and holding your hands up in the air is irreleavnt its the actions of the ball carrier that will determing if you are penalized or not. The moment Dagg runs behind him its obstruction. He did reult NZ 7 pointer.

Its foul play Law 10

(b) Running in front of a ball carrier. A player must not intentionally move or stand in front of
a team-mate carrying the ball thereby preventing opponents from tackling the current ball
carrier or the opportunity to tackle potential ball carriers when they gain possession.
Sanction: Penalty kick
(c) Blocking the tackler. A player must not intentionally move or stand in a position that
prevents an opponent from tackling a ball carrier.
Sanction: Penalty kick

Offside in general play

(b) Offside and interfering with play. A player who is offside must not take part in the game.
This means the player must not play the ball or obstruct an opponent

How about I wanna be hard Bordie Rettalick the biggest douche in the kiwi team. This fucker is all over the place diving off his feet trying to slap Argentine 9's after they scored and doing some obstructing at kick returns.

Here he just stands there make no effort to retire hands in the here creating a gap for  Smith which he takes and putting NZ on the front foot

Because he got away with that and he felt he wasn't being a big enough douche bag he went and go dive in at the ruck of his feet like Superman,

Law 16

(a) Players in a ruck must endeavour to stay on their feet.
Sanction: Penalty kick

(d) A player must not jump on top of a ruck.
Sanction: Penalty kick

16.2

(d) All players forming, joining or taking part in a ruck must be on their feet.
Sanction: Penalty kick

End result Kiwi 7 pointer.

Lets move on. How to make sure the opposition halfback got nowhere to go by forcing him to go one way or pass and make sure he does not box kicks

Tackle takes place ruck

Look at the Kiwi tackler lying there

Australian half back comes in and look where that guy is when he pass the ball. Been allowed to lie there for ages no attempt to roll away

Law 16.4

(a) When a player tackles an opponent and they both go to ground, the tackler must
immediately release the tackled player.
Sanction: Penalty kick

(b) The tackler must immediately get up or move away from the tackled player and from the
ball at once.
Sanction: Penalty kick

This is from the kick off at the first ruck

No attempt at all nothing blocking him from doing so but because he holds his head he gets away with it. He damn well knows nobody is going to stamp on him. Faggot acting. Cheating thugs

Lets move on

Again Latua laying there taking up space holding his head not even close to the ball or in the ruck.

Genia wanted to box kixk couldn't cause he was laying there make no attempt to get up

See where Genia is once he noticed he passed back where Cruden charged down end result NZ 7 pointer

Lets see the Aussies. Look in the spirit of the game

Close to the goal line here is the tackle

Watch the Aussie tackler assist. Look where he is. He is helping with the tackle and check how quickly he gets away and not towards NZ side but his own side

You see his orange sicking out the other side. NZ quick ball and they scored a try, That is the fair play and you see why are you called cheats? Cause you fucking are.

Oh and what about the try where the ball came out on the otherside of the scrum? Should have been a reset for the Wobs. Instead a Ben Smith try

When you add up with that they get pinned for

10.3 REPEATED INFRINGEMENTS
(a) Repeatedly offending. A player must not repeatedly infringe any Law. Repeated
infringement is a matter of fact. The question of whether or not the player intended to infringe is irrelevant.
Sanction: Penalty kick
A player penalised for repeated infringements must be cautioned and temporarily
suspended.

And I repeat

Repeated
infringement is a matter of fact. The question of whether or not the player intended to infringe is irrelevant.

And about the Bok thugs. Please name some for me. Wait let me guewss Bakkies Botha and Schalk Burger?

Whenever someone remark about Bok thuggery they bring up Bakkies and Schalk Burger.

Can you actually remember the last time they played for SA?

Can you list me the”thuggery” Burger was involved in apart from the alleged eye gouge, do you have anything else on him?

It is a perception mate, we play hard rugby, there is no denying that, that is why I appreciate hard rugby, problem is though, next time you accuse the Springboks of thuggery, find a new thug, a current one, and Greyling won’t do as he has been kicked out of the Boks, but at least do me the favour of finding a current thug, and not someone that has not played for the boks in quite some time.

Sad indictment of a sport when the cheating team wins... 2 from 2 have been gifted to kiwis. No one will ever know IF they could / would win without cheating maybe / maybe not - but fact is they are cheats and until the refs grow balls and penalise these infringements it will continue. Very soft from Peyper - I wonder do these guys ever watch their performances and realise how much they screw a game up - no doubt its a hard job and perhaps TMO should have executive power over all decisions at least he has the camera angles and benefit from replays....? Either way it only deflates the rugby brand in Australia which whether the saffas or kiwis like it, or admit it IS the most important rugby market in the southern hemisphere................... FTR I have no issues with loosing when FAIR and HARD game - but as documented above in game 1 there is no such thing as FAIRNESS in the kiwi rugby - it appears manipulate the rules and win by cheating - only way to stop it is by yellow cards. Something Peyper and Joubert have failed to do on both occasions after numerous and repeated infringements...........

Spoony so whats your point mate? Anyone can go cherry picking.

Are you saying South African refs suck big time for missing something ?

Surely we Kiwis can't be responsible for their training can we?

Are'nt you supposed to be supplying the best refs yr country has? LOL

Just remember this before you attack the refs.

There is no such thing as immaculate perception. So maybe if you've got the balls try being a ref yourself seeing you think you can do better .

But remember all that stuff you posted is based on hindsight and the ref does'nt have that luxury.

Just makes me wonder how sympathetic Saffas will be towards Australia after Suncorp Stadium.

Headline in todays paper."Australia is nastier than the Taleban. " So see how you go.

Redsman,

Can't blame Joubert or Peyper because you get fired for dishing out YC in bedisloe cup mathces. Paddy O Brain got rid of Dickinson and a other SA official and personally jumped on a plane to appoligize to the AB for a refs mistakes.

Paddy must go. He is using his influence to put a scare of referees and he is not afraid to fire them for fucking up his countries domination. We have seen even a simple letter change the rules for the Kiwi's in 2009

I can understand how you can get upset when you get out muscled given the forward orientated game you play. But unless you also have backs to match what the ABs have you will always be our bitches.

Saying we cheat is too me only saying that you can't compete which is actually a compliment,

And how is kicking the ball away aimlessly going to win you or Arstralia any games i ask you ?

That's just giving the best attacking team in the world the platform to attack and capitilise on your dumbarse strategy by scoring tries.

Spoony support you all the way with these comments. As there is one set of rules for the AB's and then rules for the rest of the world, this is being explained that NZ play a better brand of rugby than anyone else. What bullshit. Playing the ref is one thing but that is developing your game to the refs interpretation. When the ref blatantly does not penalise one team for constantly infringing the laws and penalises another team for minor infringements, the team that is not being penalsed is blatantly cheating.

The All Blacks are simply cheating in every game they play ! Obstruction and taking out the players without the ball is their best skill.

James Horwill was so upset at the end of the game he could hardly speak. His team has been totally out-cheated.

Cloudy how about you go and play against teams that is allowed to cheat their way to victories game after game? 50 percent of all pnalites is for the tackle/ ruck situation and the AB concede every year the most penalties out of any other team but they have something like 1 yellow in 4 years?

It would a great shame if the AB build their legacy on illegal tactics. If SA was winning that way I wouldn't support them or we would let them know we are not happy about it. Its a fucking disgrace to world rugby and its a farce. Also its interesting to see how NZ were allowed to do these things when Paddy got the job at the IRB as the boss of the referees. He decidedes who gets to ref games and who don;t. If he don't like you he will not give a international game.

No what we are saying is that the AB's coaching staff instruct the current players to cheat. The referees are instructed to be linient on the AB's cheating and are told to turn a blind eye by Paddy O'WTF. Sir Cheat started this spiral. NZ should never have hosted the WC and look at the circumstance in which it was awarded.

This has nothing to past players or to do with the general population of NZ. It is just the desease that currently exists in your rugby heirachy, which is cheat at all cost.

A couple of good wins will see you all right!  It has gotta hurt when you see your team play this way but as your coach said it was a win so just build on it.

All this sour grapes about the refs on almost every thread, damn get a grip guys. From Beeno1 we would take is as a joke but the rest of you should know better. Refs rule on every play for both teams. They get some wrong but they have linesmen and TMO to help them. Plus every game is analyzed afterwards and they are assessed by a panel. It is as fair as it can be.

I hope Boks can evolve their game & Oz can shut their traps (maybe that's a bridge to far, LoL).

SA has the players to develop a great team.

Oz needs to give their coach time but IMO he deserves a rough passage after all the crap he gave Deans & all the campaigning he did for his job, Sure it’s a dog eat dog world but he deserves some pain now and he is getting it.. He should show some leadership & stop the crying. Putting the positive focus on his team would be a good first step. Otherwise he will have a team of amigos not just 3 of the nitwits, LoL

Yeah, a couple of good wins & the Boks fans will be  in heaven & will be their strutting selves again!

Can you explain to me also why they have the highest PK against count yet brags with one yellow every 4 years?

The AB motto in attack is

First prize: Bust the line.
Second prize: Build
momentum.
Third prize: Squeeze a
penalty.

Now what would be the opposite of each?

Protect the line

Stop momentum

Give away a penalty?

Spoony: sour grapes because SA is having a bad patch (as is Oz). ABs seem to building depth & going in right direction while wining games with total rugby (backs r creative forwards dominating scrums & improving line outs). Putting the microscope on isolated plays & complaining about refs starts to smack of re-directed frustration &  anger if it goes on beyond a certain point. The refs wil be reviewed &adjustments made around as needed (including biting, etc)

Glad the other threads have moved on.

Answer this anyone stupid enough to think SA refs favour the ABs ,why in the name of all thats holy would they ????? We know SARU doesnt mind giving out gold watches and holidays in SA to their favourite little pets to put the ABS OUT of a game , but to help them win ???Are you retarded ? Why would the ABS need help beating the wallies ? the wobs have all the spine and heart of a Blancmange ! Absolutely ridiculous .And the wallies are pure as driven snow ? they didnt give away any deliberate penalties when the ABs were playing under advantage ?

And someone wanted examples of bok thuggery try asking Willie McBride about the "99" call or Colin Meads about how his arm got broken .In 1956 after the bok forwards deliberately crippled a young ABs prop Skinner was bought in [he was a proffesional boxer] to sort out the bok props,as an older blogger put it " first the loosehead props head popped up out of the scrum his eyes rolled back in his head in the first scrum ,Skinner swapped sides and did the same to the tight-head !" series NZ !

SA refs in the modern era are the most honest anywhere and are a different species to the apartheid era scum slithering up to the bok captain to shake his hand after scoring ! Even Craven was ashamed when a SA ref when asked about his disgusting display said "I have to live here "

If anything you Saffas should be proud of your current crop, not perfect but they are honest !

Red it really is a sad indictment when your team is 'that' shit, where the fuck is this new age of aussie attacking rugby huh? Mog looked too scared to run the ball by the end and kicked away everything he got and the saffas dont look much better either a fucking sad indictment indeed.

-

Never mind SA leaving super and chap rugby... We'll fucking leave because at this sad rate we really would get a better game from a 2nd xv.

-

The way the AB's play is a gamble, risk vs reward like I said above. There are tactics that can be used to counter this but both your fucking useless coaches haven't seemed to have picked up on this yet.

-

The question for all comers is: How do you beat a team that doesn't mind risking goin down to 14 men and will give you 3 pointers all day while scoring 7 pointers at the other end? The answer is simple if the other team is actually fucking capable or even remotely on the same level and actually fucking back themselves.... @spoony,

ok lets address some of ur rubbish comments here,,,

"Lets start with some obstruction. He is infront of the ball meaning he is offside to begin with and holding your hands up in the air is irreleavnt its the actions of the ball carrier that will determing if you are penalized or not. The moment Dagg runs behind him its obstruction. He did reult NZ 7 pointer."

WRONG, dagg does not run in behind hore.
he runs to the right where the All Blacks have a numbers advanatge and also where hore is getting up after being involved in the breakdown seconds earlier and passes the ball while still on the left of hore.
www.youtube.com/watch
watch the link and check out the replay of this incident which can be found at 40:05 - 40:22, with two differnt camera angles, u can see not only does dagg pass the ball before running the ball behind hore.
best u check ur facts in the future, cos its a picture paints a thousand words, not a picture paints a thousand lies.

"This is from the kick off at the first ruck"

"No attempt at all nothing blocking him from doing so but because he holds his head he gets away with it. He damn well knows nobody is going to stamp on him. Faggot acting. Cheating thugs"

first of, that was the second ruck from kick off, not the first.

secondly, WTF are u talking about here???
"No attempt at all nothing blocking him from doing so but because he holds his head he gets away with it."
i couldnt understand ur little rant, but im assuming ur implying that McCaw is in the way of genia clearing the ball??? it has to be that, cos theres no other possibility to any other infraction.
well ur dead wrong again, McCaw while part of the ruck made a clear and visible effort to get away from the ball which saw him end up on the far left of that ruck. genia had clean access to the ball, and joubert had the perfect line of sight for the enitre incident.

and this line of urs is a doozy, "but because he holds his head he gets away with it. He damn well knows nobody is going to stamp on him. Faggot acting. Cheating thugs"
OMG, are u freaking serious??? i reckon ur taking the piss, cos when u watch that whole incident again, McCaw never once tries to protect his head, hes in the process of getting up and that still picture of urs which is the whole basis of ur argument holds zero water.
heres the link again www.youtube.com/watch now wacth from 06:32 - 06:45, the prrof is in the pudding and ur 0 from 2.

"Lets move on"

yes, lets, :oP

"Again Latua laying there taking up space holding his head not even close to the ball or in the ruck."

"Genia wanted to box kixk couldn't cause he was laying there make no attempt to get up"

"See where Genia is once he noticed he passed back where Cruden charged down end result NZ 7 pointer"

strike three, ur out.

"Again Latua laying there taking up space holding his head not even close to the ball or in the ruck."
what space is luatua taking, look at the picture numbnuts, theres practically a whole body between where genias hand is reaching for the ball and where luatua is lying.
did u wonder why lutua was holding his head, no of course not, that would require a logical train of thought of which this whole comment of urs is completely void of.
luatua wasnt trying to protect his head, he was injured, something u either didnt know due to lack of actual game knowledge, or chose to ignore cos it didnt fit in with the rest of ur bullshit fairytale.

"Genia wanted to box kixk couldn't cause he was laying there make no attempt to get up"
there is not one indication that genia wanted to make a box kick, not one at all, and when u watch the footage, u will see that aaron smith is charging in on him, meaning if genia was as stupid as u say to go for the box kick, it would have been charged down.
even in the two pictures u posted on the incident, u can see smith is to genia as he reaches for the ball and where smith is when genia passes the ball.

"See where Genia is once he noticed he passed back where Cruden charged down end result NZ 7 pointer"
somebody give me a spetic tank, cos this thread is full of shit.
when wtach the footage and not two pictures, u will see genia before reaching down for the ball, hop over the injured luatua. when genia reaches for the ball, he is aware of where luatua is and has luatua within his peripheral line of sight the whole time.

again heres the link to that game www.youtube.com/watch and watch from 35:35 - 37:26, u will see all the evidence u need to back my every comment and laugh at all of urs.

"Lets see the Aussies. Look in the spirit of the game
Close to the goal line here is the tackle"

"Watch the Aussie tackler assist. Look where he is. He is helping with the tackle and check how quickly he gets away and not towards NZ side but his own side"

"You see his orange sicking out the other side. NZ quick ball and they scored a try, That is the fair play and you see why are you called cheats? Cause you fucking are."

"Watch the Aussie tackler assist. Look where he is. He is helping with the tackle and check how quickly he gets away and not towards NZ side but his own side"
u havent once said a single thing which is truthful and thats a real shame.
leilafano assists with the tackle and then u say check out how quicly he rolls away as if anyone can do that with two pictures, o_O
the truth is leilafano assits with the tackle and then despite not releasing and also while not supporting his own wight, he deliberately tries to slow down the ball which is a clear penalty. woodcock comes and clears him from the ruck and knocks him into his own side and that is why the All Blacks got such quick ball, thanks to their forwards, not cos of this laughable australian spirit of the game u keep talking shit about.

heres that link again www.youtube.com/watch u can watch it from 1:18:39 - 1:18:43 to see it all unfold as i said, and not the way u did

"Oh and what about the try where the ball came out on the otherside of the scrum? Should have been a reset for the Wobs. Instead a Ben Smith try"

its about time u got something right, the scrum should have been reset, but even u can understand that it was up to joubert to blow the whistle and restart the scrum, ur expected to play to the whistle and if u suggest anything else then meh.

"When you add up with that they get pinned for

10.3 REPEATED INFRINGEMENTS
(a) Repeatedly offending. A player must not repeatedly infringe any Law. Repeated
infringement is a matter of fact. The question of whether or not the player intended to infringe is irrelevant.
Sanction: Penalty kick
A player penalised for repeated infringements must be cautioned and temporarily
suspended.

And I repeat
Repeated

infringement is a matter of fact."

infringement made be a matter of fact, but thread of lies is not. i have systematically destroyed this rubbish picture book comment of urs, and its fabricated comments like those which help perpetuate the illusion of so called cheating from the All Blacks and the sheep like ruggernaut and beeno will only to gladly lap it up, why??? for the same reason u posted such a long and detailed lie, cos as cloudy said its sour grapes. the only theatrics here was not the so called acting of the All Blacks, but ur bizzare story telling.
but what else are u guys gonna do, talk about the exciting world of SA rugby, pfffffffffffft, whatever, u only need to watch the Boks last weekend to know that as long as the Boks keep preforming like that, rugby fans like u and those other sheep will always take cheap shots no matter how untruthful they are towards ur rugby sueriors the mighty mighty ALL BLACKS!!!

u should send those saffa sheep to the kiwi butcherman, we hook them up in the slaughterboard and put them to some use, and if u need directions, just ask the Boks, we send them there on a regular basis.

Sasuke O Connor was obstructed from getting to Dagg as he blitzed. Obstruction. Illegal. Take off those bias glasses.

what space is luatua taking, look at the picture numbnuts, theres practically a whole body between where genias hand is reaching for the ball and where luatua is lying.
did u wonder why lutua was holding his head, no of course not, that would require a logical train of thought of which this whole comment of urs is completely void of.

Numbnuts? Is that what your dad called you.

Firstly Latua was too injured to roll away but wasn't injured enough to complete the tasckle and to go roll over to his right side? He got a knock after he lied there by the aussie boot close to his head.

Again Genia wanted to box kick. He is fucking right footed how the fuck can he kick with a player laying there?

AND IF LATUA WAS INJURED JOUBERT SHOULD HAVE STOPPED PLAY RIGHT THERE! So jog on

AND again Genia is right fotted genia is right footed. He wanted to kick couldn't then flipped it to Lily that is why he was charged down. Look at the time 1 second!

And  again repeated infringements are repeated infringements and should be binned. Are you trying to argue against the rugby laws now? Which is there provided for you? FFS you Kiwi's are stuck ups.

Owned by what? All I see is Sasuke's own little biased opinions which disproves nothing. So I fail to where I got owned. Just because two Kiwi's agree doesn't make it a fact. I provided laws the works to prove my points. All you provided what was your own opinion in which you go no clue about the laws as you still think the redzone is part of the laws? Jog on
