The breakdown was poor- probably the main area where the Boks fell apart. If we had had Brussouw or another specialist fetcher on the bench the Boks could have got to the breakdown faster
Kolisi is a small ball carrier. He has no effect at the breakdown.
We needed a specialist fetcher as cover on the bench like Brussouw

Div's concern about colour is boring.
We cannot help or be held responsible for his heritage.
Grow up and show you are a man and stop worrying about your colour man.
Or SHUT-UP!!!!!!!
You had an opportunity to show your class when you were the Coach....pity you did not use the opportunity positively then or now.
Moron.

Wrong.
Kolisi in fact had his best Super Rugby season of his whole
career this year. His power, speed and work at the breakdown
is his main assets. I have put together a compilation video
of his moments at the breakdown and powerful runs which I'll
release to the public soon.

Jerome, he's a good player, but not a Bok starter yet...if ever.

Agreed Jerome. There are some odd inclusions in our RWC squad...as well as some odd picks in Meyer's tenure.

Neither Stephanie nor Kolisi should be at the RWC....they are both emotional picks.

You are omitting a few other pics as well....although you have named a few others in other threads.

I know you would rather have 34 year old Juan Smith on the flank, right moz?

@Jerome. I will wait to see the highlights video you created.
I have not seen him have much impact at the breakdown.
Steph DuToit is probably too slow to be a flank, and this may have contributed to the woeful breakdown. I saw Stephanie in the first 5 minutes then he just dissapeared.

Bring back Div anyday....Meyer is our worst coach since readmission....more so because we have more young talent than we have ever had.
Imagine leaving Kitshoff out of your WC squad?
Don't get me started on the rest of his glaring omissions

This is the lowest point in our history but I would not have that idiot back even for a win over Japan. Every time he opened his mouth as the Bok coach he made us as a country a laughing stock. That was for 4 years not just one game or 12 months. The results we had under him were about a great player group not his rugby brain or understanding of the game. We have had a diabolical run since Ireland but put that clown in charge and we may never recover. I agree that HM should go, best to hand in his resignation when the plane lands back in Jnb.

Div was useless but Meyer is worse

I am starting to agree that HM is not up to it. Who is on the market that would take over and turn this train wreck around? I could never accept Div back.

I agree if we go local the Lions have been very special this year considering what he has got out of the group of players he has. The problem will always be a political one once whoever is in the hot seat as Bok coach.

Given what they have done with so little imagine what they could do with all the class young talent we have.
As for politics - that should never be an issue......players like Senatla, Kolbe, Sithole, Rhule, Ulengo, Mjekevu, Skosan, Sergal, Ismeil, JP, Obi, Mapoe, Mnisi, Jantjies, Paige, Bronco du Preez, Beast, Nkanyane, Scara, Mbonambi, Oupa, Mtembu, Kolisi, Carr and Notshe could only add value to a Bok squad.
