What's happened to ol' Dave...has the coaching and selections in Saffaland finally taken it's toll on poor Saffex...or is he very busy litigating and taking care of the pigs and fowls on his farm...Saff we all miss you especially Mozart and Denny...

Dave is probably a bit disillusioned by the absurdities of Bok rugby. He does pop in from time to time with a newly selected team! But yes one misses ou snapster who at his best was a fiesty board member

Dave is a bit embarrassed I think. His big calls, Hougaard at scrummie and the diabolic centre pairing of Step and Kriel, have cratered.

Sadly my impression is this board has declined in general in terms of number of participants and liveliness. I think this coincided with the Boks trials and tribulations after the RWC.  Boks supporters can't even be bothered to blame the ref - I think there is a good case for a yellow for Foulau (sic) but hardly a peep from Beeno on that.
Hopefully the Boks will show their supporters something to brag about - not by beating the ABs but at least demonstrating they are heading in the right direction.

Well -perhaps I should be more charitable....Hougaard's scrummie game is more suited to UK conditions and Kriel/Step are the going to be the best Bok centre combination since Braam van Straaten and Trevor Halstead

Seb
The situation is that Dave on site clearly said he lost interest on the site as a result of the personal attacks of Mozart.   It had nothing to do with rugby - it has to do with the amazing lengths to which Mozart went in attacking him personally on being fat and small.    How he had to lend him a tie when meeting him in London and a dozen other issues pertaining to standard Mozart BS.
The fact is Mozart tried the same strategy with me and I refuse to be intimidated or lose interest in the site.    I just ignore his postings - not responding to his BS at all.

Dr Win I do agree with you...the "atmosphere" has changed and started to deteriorate...lively banter is being replaced by homourless snide and malevolent insults...there's a huge difference...some of you never have the balls to own up when you're wrong or out of line, are hypocritical and devious and all puffed up with stupid pride...zero humility and whilst you can laugh at others cannot laugh at yourselves are pompous and boastful.

That's the truth, like it or not.
