Eddie Jones' masterpiece - the real scenario

There is no doubt that Jones is a top rugby coach keeping abreast of development of rugby.   However, what he designed yesterday was not a master-piece in the real sense of the word.  
After a stint with the Springboks in 2007 he realized fully well what can be expected from the Springboks with even a worse coach than White was in Meyer.   Having realized the following deficiencies in the Springbok squad - it was relatively easy to devise a plan that would produce results:-
*  Selection of reputation players without regard  to performance by the brain-dead Meyer - his initial squad selection was a recipe for disaster.
*   The "stampkar" and kick-and chase game of Meyer - especially with regard to the inefficiencies in execution by the players.
*   The inability of the rep[utation players themselves to change the style of play they are accustomed to.
*   The slow players Meyer selected as loosies, the destruction of the Springboks Tight 5 and the poor performing reputation players resulted in the playing of the Japanese to play a wider game plan typical to modern rugby.
*   The obvious lack of match-fitness of some players - the proven decline of performance of the "rugby geriatrics" in the second half of the game - the disastrous selections Meyer is known for by all thinking people in rugby.
Taking the above as a norm - Meyer floundered helplessly ye sterday in selecting the worst team of "rugby geriatrics" to play for the Springboks ever, so Jones task was eased considerably.   I cannot but feel ashamed at the disgrace the Springboks suffered yesterday. 
Meyer apologized for the disgraceful performance yesterday - but he still apparently does not realize that he was the source of that disaster.   He claimed that he takes responsibility for the poor performance of the team - but he still does not realize that his squad selection in general and his team selection for the game yesterday was the cause of the disaster in the first place.   That added to the non-existent game plan - so evident yesterday - consisting of rugby ideas the world teams have discarded already in 2008 onwards - is the root cause of the loss yesterday.   
Eddie Jones proved yesterday that he is a top class coach - Meyer proved that he has failed the Grade 2 level of coaching on primary school level.
