This doesn't bode well for SA reputation. There has been reports in France for years now through the media complaining that SA players are doping. We had Chili Boy who got banned for doping and a few others.
I believe that SA player stock are dropping badly and Janjties have not help SA and the players.
He is probably the most frustrating talented player to come out of SA. So much flair and skill but for some reason conspires to be his own worst enemy. He really excelled under Swys. Even the legendary Spencer took him under his wing to teach him all the tricks of the trade.
We move forward, his marriage is on the rock through poor choices, then his behaviour of the field. I really feel for the guy. Where to now for him. We put these guys on a pedestal and quick to knock them over
Did he do it to himself? I believe he should own his actions, as much as I want to show sympathy towards him, maybe one mistake or two, but if you on a path of self de struction then no one can help you
