Why am I not convinced that the Englsh team would ultimately be the no 2 team in the world as the commentators make it out to be their objective? England performed well in the first half - but the second half was a mess. Although minutes from the end they did score a try - the real issues have not been addressed. I refer here in particular to the line outs - that at best could be described as messy if you are nice to the English team or poor if you are realistic about the issue. I still believe that this is not a team that can really take on the All Blacks. They would be OK amongst the props and hooker, but the locks and loosies of New Zealand will have a field day against them. In the backline when they got go forward ball they were reasonable - but the question remains - will they make any headway against the AB's. I rankly do not think so.. .

England were not convincing at all in my book. They have a long way to go to challenge the number 2 position.
Backs looked slow and ponderous most of the time. They are a young team but this also shows.
