Why? Why is there a need for a female influence, and what influence is this that they are missing exactly? Is it a numbers game? Is the West now entirely in the grip of quotas? Why does every position need a certain profile of person, a profile that isn't measured by performance? England is turning into a dump because of identity politics. It's failing on all fronts. I would very loosely describe it as a first-world country. If there is a need for anything, it's a return to the core principles that made it a civilized society. 

Oh for the love of monkeys. You do realize you're referring to comments made by the outgoing boss of the English women's rugby team Simon Middleton about the coaching set up of the women's rugby team where the entire coaching team is male.

And Middleton addressed this point by saying who ever is picked should be experienced.

"If you project a coach into a position they are not ready for, that will be a bad experience and a very chastening experience that will do a lot more harm than good"
