No crowing please Lady Mo(NH). But congrats anyhow for a really great season. The Irish have an experienced battle hardened team. But will they now start on a decline one wonders?

So how many matches ago did England actually win a match?

England outgained Ireland, but made a boat load of mistakes in the first half. There was much more purpose about their play in the second half. Ireland were a model of competence in all facets....surely the greatest Irish team ever. It's noteworthy that 3 tries were scored from brilliant tactical kicks....the up and under by Sexton kicked from the 10 metre line which came down from the stratosphere on the Poms' 1 metre line was probably the best up and under I have ever seen......impossible to defend.

Luck of the Irish on St Paddy's day.

Kearney knock on for the first try missed. No card for Aki shoulder, Ringrose shoulder on Daly not picked up even with replays?? Knock on by Earls in build up to Stockdales 2nd try.

Angus Gardner not consistant when it came to tackle/maul.

Congrats to the Irish on the grandslam.

Don't believe the Daily neck roll was a good call either....and he missed the Irish knock on at the lineout when the Poms were a man up and overthrew the ball on the Irish 5. A scrum on the 5 would have been a tester. England lost the yellow card period. Angus was a lucky packet.

Just a question/suggestion -

*   bea ring in mind the last three results of England how long will Jones last as England coach; and

*   would he be a good candidate as Stormers coach????????

Congrats to Ireland .England and the mouth from the south tough luck eh ?

I see Mr Mo isnt behaving like some Irish fans who have become rather big headed of late ,I suppose when you arent used to your team winning it can be hard to contain ones self.

Wardad

MO has been known as an absolute lady on the  site - just like Cloudy.   Please ask her to come back on site and tell her the best advice is to ignore Beeno's BS.   There are other thinking members who miss her badly,

Thank you all for your kind words. It would be nice if Cloudy and Becs came back. Bec’s was a great poster a mind of information who knew her rugby well. I do remember her saying she had some health issues and hope that she is ok.
