27 Minutes into the match and Eng has scored already 2 tries. Could not score a single try against the Boks. Are the ABs weaker than we anticipated? 15-0 for Eng now.

England physicality has dominated the first half, but All Blacks took their limited opportunities to get back to within 5 points.
All Blacks must still be favourites to turn the game around.
England's self-belief is going to be tested.

England became a bit passive after the second try. Double tackle on Barrett allowed McKenzie to slip inside for the try. So many of these close in tries come from blown assignments.....creating that is the trick NZ has down better than anybody. It's starts with a purposeful move by the decoy....he has to sell that to the defence. Barrett did....but that move only opens up the real protagonist, in this case Damien. Withthe Boks opponents never worry about the decoy. The runner is the protagonist.

The problem for Ireland will be that NZ will not want another close game v NH so will be all guns blazing. I am hopeful Ireland can get a win of course being Irish.

So the only difference between the Boks and NZ is the Boks got the wrong call and lost, NZ got the wrong call and won,

WD the pics I have seen suggest it was very marginal either way, and he certainly didn't move forward until Perenara lifted the ball....was it clear enough to overturn the try, I'm not convinced. And the Poms are my least favourite team.

I was waiting for Kraplan to poke his nose in Wardad. Anything involving the ABs, he always takes the view against them! Tiresome scumbag.... Lawes clearly off side. You only have to look at all his teammates who seem to know the rugby laws strangely!

Good Test Match. The All Blacks played Japan when Jones was in charge of Japan before the 2015 RWC and although he had a stroke and was hospitalised, I thought Japan played well. Now the ABs have played England again with Jones in charge, and I thought Jones showed his hand very well the first 30minutes. Surprised Hartley was subbed so early - probably helped too that the new Hooker lost confidence after his first throw to the front of the lineout was won by Barrett. So happy Lawe was offside as I could not bear to see that Jones smug chessire cat smile / MAD Magazine smile the whole summer.
