England win the Cup- The one that is only handed out when England Win

And England win the Cup. It seems they allways have a "spare" cup in the Cuboard for when they win. 

However when other teams win, it seems "spare Cup" is not handed out-

Has anyone else noticed this?   I admit when watching on Sky broadcasts, when England lose the camera crew cut very quickly away from the Stadium and into the studio for a brief rap. 

However when they win, the camera crew are in the stadium for ages. 

It does however seem to me that their will allways be a cup, but it is usually only handed out when England win. 

Dunno if it is true or not....but if it is true, then it is freaking funny!!!
