Enough of the crap....Cricket's on

A bit of an anti climax having won the series, my interest shifts to the Protea pace attack now that Abbott is not available. The pace friendly Bullring should see a four pronged pace attack with the expected inclusion of the useless Wayne Parnell. If he does take wickets it will only be because the Sri Lankans struggle with bounce and pace. Full on pace means that Duminy will be the allrounder. A demotivated Sri Lanka I guess would be glad to see the back of the last test and ready themselves for the limited overs series.

 When there is such a big gap between the teams 5 day cricket accentuates the problem. At least in the one day game time pressure adds a bit of edge. Nice to see Amla and Duminy batting well, although all the runs in this series comes with an asterisk.....the SL attack is so poor and the energy level plummets with any partnership.
