I found two comments of particular interest:-

"this was true of alot of boks from 2007 - 2019. Toxic players entitled and loosing week in and week out. glad its being addressed and the results speak for themselves."
Erasmus is really no softie - he calls a spade a spade, From what I hear the players respect and likes him as a person.
