I am not taking sides in this case - but the HRC in South Africa is the most anti-White setup in the country. If the Whites ever complain to them about racial abuse - the matter is not taken further. Even after Malema threaten publically to have Whites killed, the HRC threw out the complaint. When a women in an internet message complained about the condition thousands of Blacks left the beaches with filth piling up - they charged her with racism and fined her R150 000 or go to jail. She ended up in jail and died there.
You do not realize the amount of racial abuse the Whites still in SA endures on a daily basis. That is why they keep out of contact with other people as far as possible, because it can lead to complaints to the HRC and they would automatically be found guilty of racist abuse - irrespective of what there defense is.
