There were some interesting results and comments:-

Exeter vs Munster

The game was a draw at 10/10.   As far as I could make out Exeter is the top ranked team in England - Munster not the same in Ireland.

Stander had a brilliant game and his try enabled the draw - since Exeter was leading 10-3 up to minute 64 in the game.

Montpellier vs  Edinburgh

Montpellier managed a win by 21-15.   Fact is that Edinburgh is noit the strongest side in Scotland and a narrow win is not a good sign for the future.

There is a lot of SA players in the Montpellier team so les see what is important:-

With Goosen injured Pienaar played at 10.   Had a reasonably  good game.   Serfontein did well for Montpellier.   Bismarck was a liability - his yellow card could have costed the  Montpellier team the win.   Other than Serfontein nothing worthwhile to write home about.

Scarlets vs Racing Metro

Racing metro managed to squeeze a win out of the jaws of defeat by beating Scarlets 14-13.

Nothing much to report in in this game.

...Leinster definitely looking like the team to beat after smashing the Wasps by 50 points. The commentators were calling it the Lowe Show, the crowd was going wild ...but Chiefs supporters know that's just James Lowe 's usual game...should've been an AB but in 2020 he will don the Irish jersey instead..

Another Kiwi that impressed today bagging 20 points was Garetth Anscombe starring for Cardiff beating Lyon ...could be first in line to start at 10 for Wales with Biggar injured...although he's just as good at fullback

Saracens the other competition favourite not as impressive...and now both Vunipolo bros are injured there's more headaches for Eddie Jones and England...add broken noses to Itoje and George...Isiekwe and Farrel also went off injured  - all this just ahead of Jones naming the England squad this week.

Disappointing that the top two French sides  Clermont and Stade Francais are'nt even competing considering it's a comp showcasing Europes best.

Montpeliers underwhelming without their star winger Nadolo and Cruden out injured...

Toulon playing some very shyte rugby losing to Newcastle..

There's a lot of talk about Fredie Burns butchering a try and certain win for Bath,  celebrating before dotting the ball down only to completely fk it up...what a plonker
