Given the levels of spite, childishness and one-upmanship we see on this forum, I reckon it takes a brave poster to plug a player who has just been on the end of a 49-3 hiding, but I'm going to say here and now that Evan Roos will be a Springbok sooner rather than later and he has the potential to become a great.

He fell away a bit after 60 minutes but he's still young. His efforts before then were Herculean. I'm a big fan. A future Bok backrow of Roos at #8, one of the Du Preez twins at #7 and then the choice of a second du Preez twin or one of our many promising fetchers at #6 is an exciting prospect. I want Pieter-Steph back at lock where he belongs.

Still think these British Lions look a class outfit and I'm not taking a Bok win in the test series for granted.

For heaven sake Draad stop sucking up to Peeper….he’ll just insult you and you’ll regret it. As for being a Roos ‘hater’, maybe after I’ve seen him play. But given it’s Durban July Rooiaas making the call, being from Missouri about Roos is the percentage play.

Yes I remember that one. And  his claim that Deysel was better than Juan Smith. But of course Peeper’s most hilarious call was Watson over Burger. Does he ever get anything right?

The dawn of a new age at the Sharks post-Jake White, with a six game losing streak being the pinnacle of this new golden age. Pretorius over Butch in 2007. I hope he doesn't have an itch for gambling. Puffmuter Omlett pulling another flub.

Well Moz, it should be clear to anyone by now, that I despise Rudeneck even more than you do. It's not sucking up when I agree with him on something once in a while. Even a broken clock is right twice a day..

I  was actually serious when I said that I really hope that Rooi's endorsement didn't jinx Roos.

Even I can't yell and throw stones at Rudeneck all day long, it's tiresome.

A powerful try, although poor tackling technique by Hendrikson who should have slipped down and tripped him up.

Even Roos looks like a stronger and faster version of Wiese.

Tackling by 10 was absolutely shocking. 12 didn't help matters either. Good run by the initial runner, and pass. Fairly strong on his feet, Roos.

No. I'm a Bok fan, not a Josè fan. The Boks are bigger than Josè, I know this fact has long eluded you Pom. Be sure to don your red rose during the next Lions tour. If anyone is a yellow belied traitor, it's you Pom. Your knowledge of Bok rugby is entirely inadequate, I'm always having to teach you about the history and legacy of the Boks and all kinds of information about the Boks. You're not a Bok fan, you're a fair weather Windgat who needs to be surrounded by yes men, or you throw your toys out of the pram. Weak, uneducated and emotionally unstable. The perfect little snowflake. Ende.

Agree Dave - he is the real future deal. and may that happen before 2023.   Another Roos to watch out for is JC Roos of the Bulls  playing at flyhalf.    He is only 19 years old and already on the Bulls bench.

the scoreboard results aren't mediocre at all...but it's all luck or something...and the bulk of the opposition are weak all of a sudden.

That’s how fucking stupid omelette is In his head the dumb fuck equates taking a side from 7 to 1, beating NZ in NZ, winning the RC, winning the WC and winning the Lions series and as icing on the cake being declared coach of the year, as mediocrity Can anyone seriously be more profoundly stupid than omelette - I ask with tears in my eyes There is fucking stupid and then you get omelette. So stupid in fact that he lacks the mental capacity to realise how utterly embarrassing he is A classic blue arse fly who happens to also be a pathetic traitor

You are painfully slow Unteromlett.

Taking the side from 7 to 1? South Africa were ranked 6th by the end of 2017, not 7th. Yet another of many facts that you have gotten wrong. Why are you always wrong? Because you are a José fan, not a Bok fan. José was shifting from 5th and 6th right up until the game against Namibia in the World Cup, which was game 2. So how did José's Boks climb from 6th to 1st? double ranking points. Aside from England, they faced minnows and a Welsh team heavily depleted and short of depth. Two key games, one described by the press as the worst game in world cup history. Nice. A very fortuitous set of circumstances. In 2019, two wins against top 5 opposition and one of which the worst game in world cup history against a depleted Welsh side. Your standards are pathetic. Noone who supports the Boks would accept this. Only you, because you are a José supporter. You are a turncoat Pom who has a fetish for fat Saffers and failures. Ende.

Coetzee didn't leave the Boks in 7th place Unteromlett.

Wrong again. Is the IRB now lying too? Is this now a great conspiracy to cover up the truth and sully José's gleaming record? Where were the Boks going into the World Cup? 5th. So, in a year and six months, José improved the Boks by one position. Where was the revolution? 2018 was inferior to 2017 in every way, and 2019 was all about England and Wales, as well as a home game against the worst Wallaby side in 45 years. You don't have a leg to stand on Unteromlett. Everything you say is beaten by facts, because you do no research. You shamble through life with a pocket full of assumptions that form your worldview. Have the good sense to stay down!

I knew you'd say that. You are very predictable. The Boks were ranked 6th with 83.2 points going into his first test with Wales. In March, the Boks briefly held 5th place, then went back to 6th when Scotland passed them into 5th and Wales fell to 7th. They themselves were never 7th.

I’m going by what the media say - it’s always been stated that Rassie took us from 7 to 1 in 18 months From 6 to 1 is neither here nor here you pedantic prick - it’s still fucking impressive dumbfuck But I don’t believe a thing you say, so I’ll stick with what was documented and that’s from 7 to 1 One certainty is that Wales were NOT depleted in the WC, it’s a pack of lies

Well I’d like to see the world rankings when Rassie took over in March 2018 But more to the point - who really gives a fuck if it’s 7 to 1 as documented or 6 to 1 as omelette maintains? Whether the great Rassie takes us from 7 or 6 to 1, it’s neither here nor there and remains bloody impressive either way Pedantic is not going to get in the way of that
