When watching a game between an english club and a SA rugby franchise, the case of the ball boys came to attention.

Usually, in the North at least, the spots are used to promote the game, to sell a dream to kiddos.

But what, in SA, quota people are treated like quotas. Ball boys are all white kids except one kid who was a quota kid.

Laughters ensued. So funny. This shows again on shallow the penetration of rugby is in SA. Ball boys are not even from the majority population. Ball boys. And still, one is inserted under the pretext of quotas, ball boys could all be white kids.

As to the absence of riots, one could consider that the US institution of justice bought themselves time when they finally got able to sentence a police officer. Maybe undeservedly but still it seems people have given the institution credits. By the way, if ever a police officer is sentenced to death in the US, the chances he or she will be a quota. Way easier to sentence a quota than a white in the US.

As to alluding on a possible causation between quota police officers, and the lack of riots, it betrays either a stunning ignorance of basic principles or a laughable attempt at unplausible deniability.

The fact the police officers were quota people made it worse. Usually, the police as an institution evacuates the issue as the expression of a white minority and not as an institutional problem.

It is laughable how many times this excuse is used, nearly 30 years later.

Just look at the massive collapse of some of these huge companies, like ESKOM, DENEL, SAA, PRASA, SANRAL, SABC, NECSA, SAPO, CEF, PETRO SA, RAF.... which were the absolute definition and clear example of professionally run companies... and where they are now.

Never mind all the hospitals, municipalities and heath and welfare clinics around the country that have zero funds....
