Coetzee was a dunce from word go. He preferred to have the useless Juan de Jongh as 13 ahead of Jones/ The few times Jones played for the Stormers he made a massive impact - something the AWOL De Jongh never achieved.

De Jongh got a contract - but he is as poor playing for Wasps than he was for the Stormers and I have seen a number of matches he played in. His defense borders on the non-existent.
I am not surprised that you are misdirecting the discussions of the poor selection preferring De Jongh at 13 to the real deal Huw Jones, You have been defending De Jongh for years and was the illiterate pleading for giving Coetzee a chance to prove himself as Springbok coach - defending his role of Stormers coach as being good.
In the meantime you are attacking Erasmus on spurious allegations and refusing to give him a chance to prove himself. The whole approach shows an unbelievable degree of prejudice and ignorance as to rugby issues.

De Jong was impressive this past weekend in a winning 14 man Wasps outfit that scored a 4 try bonus and denied Quinns any match points.
He himself scored and had a hand in at least two others.
We get it. You don't like him but credit where it's due. I'm not a huge fan of Le Roux but he was excellent with 2 try saving tackles.

I actually watched the Easps match with half an eye. Saw Willie score and Ci priani do a few things...saw nothing if JdJ...and I'm not one of his haters.

Coetzee never wanted to do the work himself but want to sit back with a couple of beers, pick the team from his couch and then pitch up on training day and run his old play book.
The guys get through an entire training drill with a few fumbles, but they were able to finish the drills on time.
