Looking at the results this week it was clear that some members took a heavy gamble on some teams - especially the Hurricanes, the Highlanders and to a less obvious extent the Chiefs.

Of the Hurricanes only 3 of the picks came good - Barrett, Andre Taylor and Toomaga Allen.   The rest inclusive of Ben Franks, Savea and Jane was really disappointing.   Of the Highlanders the real wins were Ben Smith and Malikai Fekitoa.   In the Chiefs game Messam was a severe disappointment - and Retallick was lukewarm with Anscombe really their top point scorer.   Surprisingly the top point scorer in that game was Whiteley.

Crotty and Folau were dead losses this week and the rest was a mixed bag.

The surprise of the week was Malherbe - I believe he was the highest point scorer this week in the competition.   I was lucky keeping him in my starting line up - should have made him my captain.  .  The other Stormers player that keep on scoring good points is De Allende.   I followed him from the start and sometimes put him on the bench when i should not - so I am bound not to change them at this stage.

I think that it is wise to look at the potential game outcomes.

I would have to make some changes this week.  I think Cruden will be back this week and will have to replace Anscombe - Folau is on a bye and I have to do something with the loosies.

I suspect the game with the highest points being scored will be the one between the Cheetahs and the Force.   Am going for 2 Force players and one Cheetahs player in n that game and may add either McCalman or Labuschagne to that mix.   Cannot afford McCalman though if I make the other 2 changes I have in mind.

My third change is likely to be in the OB side up where I am inclined to go for either Ben Smith or Woodward.

I got lucky in Testrugby.

I threw that team together on a tight budget just hoping not to lose another place.

I don't know about the other fantasy leagues, but It's been a hard season on testrugby.
