Congrats to both of the winners, was really a tight competition this year. For me I started out bad so really needed to catch up, I did pretty good to get up in the Top Tier of the Head to Head league. Shows how tight our league was, seeing from 6th-3rd all locked on 60 pts.

Our league did well. When I checked my score in the Chiefs league I was 20th and they have a lot of members (over a 1000 I think). So our standard of play was good.
Wardad and I were basement dwellers for the early part of the season but gradually crawled up the ladder, lol
The head-to-head is so tight that the tie breaker in the classic lead has a big influence on our rankings. Good that the top two clearly won it & did not have to depend on the tie breaker.
Kiwis dominated the top tier of course

Yep I usually do better in Head to Head League. I actually wan the Head to Head LEague two years in a row 2011 and 2012. Past couple years I have been sucking haha ah well, overall always seem to be a bottom dweller.

Well done Black Power (aka ABasquefan). Hard to beat someone who just churns out the results week after week with no let-up!
Well done to Oimatey for winning the head-to-head but, knowing Oimatey as I do, I'm sure he'll be the first to concede that ABasquefan's overall win (and 29th place overall!) is the more impressive result!
Next year, Black Power, next year!

Beeno, next year you have to participate. It is great fun and bring more interest to every game. No, it doesn't take much time each week (15 minutes)
No, it doesn't mean you have to watch all the gamesNo, it doesn't take a great deal of intelligence

thanx, it's been very tight and I enjoyed a lot this first year in the sarugby.com league.

@rooinek,
"Hard to beat someone who just churns out the results week after week with no let-up! "

I could say the same about you in the Superbru league. It was impossible to reduce the 100 points margin you had over me since the first rounds . I finished the 22nd which is quite good from 33.000 people playing,....... but you finished 3rd!!!!!!! just 10 points behind the winner. Congrats, man!!!

And congrats to everybody!!!!!!, we finished as the 10th best league.

It's a pity that in the Superbru game they don't make a table of the best leagues, we could perfectly have won it

Thanks ABasquefan. Superbru just e-mailed me to tell me that my 3rd place was good enough to win me a LG smartphone!
Fully agree, if there was a Pool prize in Superbru then we would have smoked it! All in all, I think our various pools punched well above their weight in all the Fantasy Games this year.
Do you follow football at all? Foxsport also run a English Premiership Fantasy comp and I see it's just opened.
If anyone is interested, join here and I'll set up a pool if there's any interest. Sasuke bailed on me last year . . . but what can you expect from a ManUre supporter?

Congrats on the 3rd place. No small feat! Swap the LG for a Samsung though :-)
