I found it a very boring game to watch and I am wrong - there are players like the Ioanes's and Laumape I should phase out early. Lam was not a good choice as captain - I should have stuck with one of the SA players.
The problem with NZ players in derby games is that they are not really standing out as Fantasy point scorers and they can be easily neutralized by opposing players - eg Ioane and Lam. That happens also because the Tight 5 forwards sin NZ is in the main questionable. The Blues forwards in particular are poor..
I am a long way behind you in the H-to-H comp this weekend adnwill have to score well in the remaining games to catch up with you. . .
I agree to a certain degree. I don't think the top kiwi players were de-nuetralised. Because of perceived weak tight 5's. Canes were dominant in set pieces tonight. IF they were you would expect 50 point scores. I just felt both sides defense was really strong. Was not till TJ Came on and gav Canes more of a platform. Canes starting taking control.

The Blues have a particularly poor Tight 5, but in derby games that is where there real weakness lies - but the Chiefs and Highlanders are not much better and th Hurricanes got neaten badly in tht Department by both the Bulls and the Sharks - so they aare not the hottest either.
However, I think the two teams with the best Tight 5 combinations are the Crusaders and the Hurricanes. That is why they rule the roost in NZ rugby.
By the way I think the Chiefs - despite the five AB's they brought to SA specifically for the game tomorrow will be beaten by the Stormers fairly easily - and the Sharks will wipe the floor with them next week - when those AB players are gone.
