When Tuilagi moved up and into Jean de Villiers' neck, with his straight arm ....for his oh so deserved red card, he might have produced the worst clothes line tackle since Fergie removed some of Syd Nomis' teeth. That was truly a dangerous tackle. Jean's response was incredibly gracious. - Strauss not so much when his prize possessions were fondled.....something I can't say I have ever seen before on a rugby field. - That left Tuilagi and So'oialo as incredibly worthy candidates for Villain of the match....arguably for villains of the year. If The IRB doesn't take this issue of Samoan violence more seriously, we may see a fatality one day. These fellows are great rugby players and very powerful, but the red mist makes them dangerous. Jean could easily be in hospital tonight.

Jean may not have even realised that he was tackled in the neck. One moment he was standing next he was lying on his back. If he watched the replay he may not have been so humble.

Even Jean with all his experience, can't have been tackled quite that way before. He looked almost elated that he was OK when he got off the deck.

Someone needs to tackle Tuilagi a few times, like Frik du Preez tackled  Chris Laidlaw back in the day. LOL.
