 I'm absolutely appalled by the way the stormers have been managed by this clown for the last couple of years. The guy has no clue. 

Get rid of AC during the june internationals and bring in Brendan Venter or a young coach that can think and manage players. 

I have no idea why he picked the pigmey stormers team. If you took Etztebeth and Bekker out of the team the average size of the stormers team would probably about 2 bricks high. 2 IQ points higher of AC which is zero

Why is a big question. The media etc was full of his mistake in picking a small backline. But then the mule sticks to that and also picks the smallest pack he could. Its small man syndrome!!

 JDV's interview after the match was interesting. Said that some "hard decisions would have to be made" and consistently praised the preparation they had going into the match. Not sure what he was referring to but he looked pretty upset - kept saying it was embarrasing.

They obviously had the mindset that they needed a 5 point as they kept kicking for touch instead of poles. May have hamstrung themselves by putting the cart in front of the horse and should have instead focused on winning the game first. In my opinion they seriously under-estimated the Rebels who pushed the Crusaders, Chiefs and Blues close the last three weeks

There is nothing to be done about Coetzee - other than to fire him without notice.   The team selection was a disagrace and it was to be expected that they would lose.   The guy is clueless when it comes to team selection.

The following players should never have been near the side:-

*    Aplon, De Jongh, Jantjies and Carr - they are not Super 15 level players anymoire;

*    Kolisi and Fourie had lousy games at loosie and I am beginning to questoin more and more whether Kolisi is in fact fit to play at Super 15 level.

*    I also do not really like Van Aswegen at flyhalf - but his defence as wel as his ball handling kicking game is better than the one of Jantjies.   That habit of Jantjies to run towards the ball recipient before passing hospital passes of the ball is the pits - but he did that for the Lions last year as well.

I agree - get rid of Coetzee and start with a new coach that would not recommend signing of dud contracts with poor players.

hey cleancut. That's all de villiers does......except for today. Nice try though. Kiwis and Oz captains are the most disrespectful of other teams Imo. And that's coming from a Canadian.

As for the Stormers. What. The. Fuck?!  That was an absolute debacle!!! The breakdown is horrible!! and the decision to go for 5 points instead of 4 was so obviously wrong it almost hurt to watch. When you're on the road and you have a chance for points, you take it..... Just a shame to be a fan of that team right now.
