2 Coenie  Oosthuizen is yellow carded one minute after being subbed on...having supposedly participated in collapsing the scrum.....resulting in 10 minutes of uncontested scrums despite the availability of healthy front rows.

1 Bismarck is yellow carded for a superbly athletic tackle of Carter, despite the availability of clear video evidence to exonerate him.

I think no 4 is not really realiswtic/applicable,   There has been a large number of matches played in Nelspruit - where no injuries occurred, also in CC matches - so the ground had very little to do with the injury.

I would replace no 4 with the following:-

4    The collapsing of the Springbok defence in the Ellis Park test - leading to tries being gifted to the All Blacks as a result of defensive deficiencies by Morne Steyn, Willem Sloth Alberts and JJ Engelbrecht.
