"The Ospreys are in negotiations with Stormers boss Robbie Fleck about taking over as the PRO14 outfit's head coach according to media reports.
The Welsh region parted company with Steve Tandy last month after he was in charge for six years. Allen Clarke, who was the forwards coach under Tandy, is currently serving as the region's interim head coach.
But according to Wales Online, the Ospreys have spoken to Fleck, who guided the Stormers to two Super Rugby quarter-finals since taking charge of the team in December 2015.
The 42-year-old played as centre for the Stormers and Bath and also represented South Africa in 31 Tests between 1999 and 2002.
Fleck is on the Ospreys shortlist but they have also spoken to other candidates.
He served as the Stormers' assistant coach from 2010 before being elevated to the head coaching role when Eddie Jones relinquished the reins at the Cape Town-based franchise to become England's head coach."
The Stormers should start praying that Fleck goes to Ospreys - he was no way good enough for the Stormers. They can then get a decent coach like for instance Plumtree to take them forward.
