 Yes Brussouw had a good game, but i think it is a bit harsh on fourie to say the he got schooled as he had a good game as well.

i agree ek it was a great game but brussouw played out if his boots against a far better side. the contested the rucks under some great clean outs by the wp forwards so just for that he showed a lot more street savvy. deerly needed in the current bok setup. his shorter stocky body is a weapon come ruck time. shows some deft skills with ball in hand as well

 Ai jalapeno, As I said. Brussouw had a good game, but stating that he made Fourie his bitch :) Nice baiting there. It is definitely not true as Fourie had an excellent game as well.

Ek ou muncher has a bee in his bonnet about brussouw as we know. Once brussouw is picked all will be well. Of course Fourie had a good game.

As for jala he is a gossip girl who is here to have a go and not much more. 

Muncher's point does have value though Beeno, As i have said before there are a lot of different strategies that you can use to play the game, and one of them is the gain line dominance strategy that Heynecke is trying to implement. Yes he can play without a fetcher, but it takes alot of synergy from the whole forward pack. Seems to me he is trying a bit hard to make it successfull. Maybe he should try something different, because the power pack that you like is becoming predictable and failing because they can't seem to execute correctly.

Alberts has been a bit disapointing and I could shift to Burger, Coetzee and Vermuelen at 7.  Reasonable pace and physicality.

 OK given your specific mentionables have not been selected, what i was trying to say is that because you area a campaigner for the power pack you will automatically support the Gain line dominance approach. 

its the old age game of power vs speed and skill...gain line dominance requires very specific requirements and is very very tough to do well seeing that there is a whole host of counter measures a coach can employ to counteract a big ball carrier. the fact of the matter is there is more rucks in a game and not contesting that area of the game is a flawed way of thinking beeno.

players like rob louw had a living against big slow forwards. brussouw is a past master of the breakdown area. but time will tell who is right and who is wrong. the top 2 countries in the world play with that approach so there is some food for thought.
