Is there not a way to collapse this pesky vertical sidebar that covers almost 1/3 of the righthand side of the screen? It all too often overlays with text on this forum which make many posts a guessing excercise.

This happens when people copy and paste something into the text box that's wider than normal.
You'll find that dull-wits like Baboon-ou and SharkTwat are normally the culprits because they're incapable of original thought and they just paste crap that they've read somewhere else which stuffs up the margins for everyone else . . . so if you ignore threads started by those two idiots then you won't be affected nearly as often but, unfortunately, they still copy and paste their drivel on other people's threads as well.
Just by the way, if you really want to read something that's been covered up by the vertical ads, just select and copy the text you're trying to read and paste it somewhere else. Bit of a pain but it does work.

I did a long time ago paste stuff that messed up a thread or two. Not posting the picture helps. I its all messed up the person posting the item should edit it!
Rooitwits solution should then not be needed which somehow is reassuring.
