Four week ban for Fat Fransie

Fat  Fransie seems to want to take an annual holiday from rugby.   In 2015 he got band for 5 weeks and now it is another 4 week ban.
He makes dangerous and illegal tackles and that is probably the result o f his standard poor defense in general as confirmed statistically over the past 5 years.   Dangerous to have a pace-deficient player in the backline.  

 Could have been six weeks.
