Foxsport Fantasy head-to-head . . .

One of the great features of the Foxsport Fantasy site is the head-to-head league where contestants are drawn against one another in a league format and score win or lose (or draw) points depending on how they did against their opponent for that round.

I'm the Lightbringers and unfortunately I was drawn to play the Fantasy Rugby terminator (aka Oimatey) and went down by just 7 points while the Clan were humiliated by one of Wardad's kids. Black Power (ABasqueFan I think) and NZ4eva began laying down the law.

Nice easy round for me (The player "Average" is used when you have an odd number of players in your pool and Mister Average has yet to register a single point in our pool.) Oimatey found out what it was like to lose by a mere 7 points while Black Power and NZ4Eva continued shredding the opposition.

I really enjoyed putting one over Ou Maaik but I was a bit nervous before the last round when he had quite a few Lions players. Ou Maaik however has made the near fatal error of not picking Israel Folau in his team and that has cost him big time! Elsewhere, Black Power smashed the hapless Hakwa, NZ4Eva had quite a fight on his hands from Cape United (aka Lucid?, Wardad beat up on one of his kids while one of his other kids saw off the Clan. Oimatey lost by a single point to Luke.

I'm up against the Clan (Sasuke) this week and they need to be taught their place in the grand scheme of things!

Edit: On closer inspection, I think I'm wrong about the Crusaders #1, #2 and #3 being Wardad's kids. I think Wardad's kids are the team called Ponykids. No idea in that case who all these # Crusaders are . . . except that the crap S15 team they support is second from last on the table without a single point! Wehe!

crusader#1 is the blogger who goes by the same ID name here, an old school abs.com peep and crusadser#2 is his wife and #3 are his kids, so thier family is kicking some serious ass in the foxsport league with all three in the top 8 at the moment, o_O

while i havent got round to it yet, i have been meaning to congratulate u and abasquefan on ur excellent showings across the three main tournaments foxsport, testrugby and superbru, the light bringers are shining bright for all to see and blackpower dont look like running out of juice anytime soon,

as for our head to head, its time for u to drink from the bitter cup of defeat, cos the uchiha clan are taking no prisoners,

Rooi - you have an absolute stranglehold on the Superbru comp mate. Three yellow caps in a row? Thats really impressive.

Agree Sas - Rooi and Abasque are definitely the early MVP's of fantasy. Blowing it up !! Good thing for the rest of us the season isn't only three weeks long !! We may be choking on their dust all season though at this rate

@Sasuke, I see you are getting bullied in the fantasy competition. At this stage you could be relegated from the competition  

 I don't know how I won two games. I had some really shit fantasy players. Hence my rant about some players that disappointed me. Getting rid of them now, Goosen is gone, Rhule and a few more have bitten the dust. Backing some kiwis now. 

@naru...crusaders2 is my eldest boy/crusaders3 is my middle son..we've started pretty well in my house...but it's a long season so I'm not gettin too excited...plus blackpower is   Hard to hang with (he just doesn't have a bad week!)...but we will try....Crusaders have been shit so far... But are still good enough to notch up 50 on the stormers this week....

Cruz: you are looking pretty good in Fantasy rugby mate - as is your family!

 

I managed to overtake Naur San and also Wardad so I have crawled out of the depths of the basement for a while at least, lol

 

6 trades possible for this coming weekend but a lot of my guys are injured or are part of a team that is having a bye.  Like many others, I too have Ardie Savea in my team (hope he gets some gametime soon but he is costing me a spot).

 

All fun & games so we will see how we do this weekend.

 Just win bro ...only 4 transfers this week not 6..and with a few bankers maybe injured...could be tough getting a whole team out...could always play my wildcard like oimatey and blackpower did but I feel it's a little early....Keep workin your way up the ladder bro...hope all is well in Poland bro

Oops, 4 not 6 transfers  that will change things . All good over here in Poland - a bit too close to Ukraine but that should be ok too.

i would normally say thats a bad move so early in the game, but both are fantasy rugby black belts and know what theyre doing.
