Well done Les Bleus...putting England to the sword...looks like France is returning to their old days...have not seen playing like this for a long time...or maybe it's just one of those days when they just turn up...England have now 2 defeats in 6N. Very physical game. France could have been better if they got their scrums and line-outs right...they surrender 3 scrum penalties to England.
Therefore Ireland wins 6N...great. A weekend of upsets...Canes, Blues, Reds and now France.
That's what I enjoy about rugby...you really never can tell.
I meant now, which included the Irish game too and yes they could have won it too ...so yes they appear to be returning step by step to the old France of yester years...I hope they do as they add another dimension to the world stage of rugby...the "old" French rugby was always exciting (especially when they upset the AB'S).
Hope it sticks and they become another contender for WC next year...they have been unlucky in RWC's...especially in 2011 final and 1995 semi in Durbs...maybe this might change...who knows.
They have in addition to this upset NZ on two occasions over the history RWC and were in the final of the first in 1987 which they lost but it was never close.
It's also very nice when France humbles England...they are old foes...lol
I believe cutting back on foreign players in French clubs will improve their national team in the medium to longer term.
