Francois Louw - Contract with Bath

According to available information Franscos in July 2011 signed a three year contact for the next hree years to play for Bath.   That contract should have tranpired - but could possibly only transpire at the end of next season.    He later became the captain of the Bath Rugby Club - so there may have been an extension agreed to later on.  Does anyone know whether the contract was renewed?
