This weekend - it’s non negotiable

The 3-1 to Ireland just does not sit right

We just have to beat them on Saturday

I do wish we were taking them on with Fassi at 15, Willemse at 12, Moodie at 13 and Ox at 1 but the alternative will do

They are a good side and they will be boosted by the return of vd Vlier at 7 and Ringrose at 13

Their dismantling of Oz last week will have given them some confidence going into Saturday

Its going to be epic - down to the wire in what looks like the rain

I am very confident of beating the Irish, their backline with Ringrose is not up to standard amd Aki is a joke as well. I likw Van der Flier is a very good loosie - but would prefer Du Toit way above him as a player,

I'm with you on this one Mike, very confident the Boks lead by big stage flyhalf Sacha to win by a good score.

We are 2/3 in our big games this year.

Honestly, it's better than I thought it would be.

If we lose to Ireland, it'll be 2/4...so 50% and if we beat them then 3/4 so 75%.

Here's hoping we beat them because winning 75% of our toughest games is an excellent achievement.

But never count the plucky Irish out.

Lets hope Andre starts at 12.

I also hope that AE starts at 12. I just have much more trust in him that he won’t mess up and make us loose.

The memory of DDA and Kriel totally screwing up against the ABs at Eden Park is still fresh in my mind.

It’s only a matter of time before those two implode again and cost us the game.

In my opinion, Steenekamp, Marx and Wilco must start, to give us the scrum ascendancy from the beginning.

I also really hope that Dr Lucky does not select Libbok on the bench.

Pollard is a much safer bet to pull us through if needed.

Team will be announced today at 14:45.

That’s correct DB…I hope that Tank will be up to the challenge. Ireland is going to bring a real onslaught from the beginning.

Was watching a podcast, can't remember which, and they were talking about the best strategy against the current Boks being hanging in there with them and frustrating them.

The idea being that you don't attempt to dominate but rather absurd and stay in the fight, allow their frustration to increase their error count, and then capitalise off of that.

But you need a decent margin because the Boks have been making a habit of turning the steam engine on in the last 20.

You thought it would be 4-0 in favor of the AB's, France and Ireland. So far it is 2-1 against our prediction. Tomorrow it ould be 3-1 and yu will continue with all your negatives, That is where Esterhuizen will not start becaus his performances in for instance the Sharks matches this year was negative and sub standard, His only hope as a Springbok for some time longer will be as a loosie, Outside of that he cannot play at center for very obvious reasons.

Ireland tend to hang in their with their poops they push them to go the full 80 or close

Their starting frontrow of Porter, Sheenan and Furlong is very good

Expect them to go 70min plus

So Plum you not counting the OZ test as big tests? Maybe Maybe you have just jinxed us to loose those two test.

AB 1= Boks by 1 point

AB 2=Boks by 8 points

Frenchies=Boks by 15 points

Ireland=Boks by 12 points

I am basing my predictions on the fact that our Scrums : 1.Ox 2. Marx 3. Wilco 4. Eben 5.RG 6. Eskom 7.Stef 8. Wiese, is going to demolish all of the above scrums.

That will hopefully give us the basis to run wil the ball and put Arendse, Kolbe and Edwill over the line for tries!!!

And off course that Dr. Lucky brings a good game plan and lots of Luck:)

Go Bokke!

/// Honestly, Uncle BS, I’m trying my best to be respectful to an older poster, but that goes out the window when you blatantly lie about what someone posts!

Can’t see the Paddies getting close to the Boks this weekend. The ABs beat them easy enough and we all know how they’ve been travelling lately!

I’m sure their walkover of Aussie last weekend had more to do with a rapidly declining and tired Aussie rather than any stellar improvement from the “little people”…….

Boks by 20.

My present prediction in the Irish test on Superbru is a Springbok victory by 13 points - but will change it to a victory by 19 points after seeing the team to play tomorrow,

My problems is also that I do not really have a form decision on the English Argentine match either, My prediction at present is that England is going to win - but there is a real chance that if he Argenian produce the same elvel of rugby opplayed againt Scotland is borne in mind I wcould be wrong on that one. I have borne in mind that England beat France in the 6-Nations earlier this year and then Ireland lost against France and En glands hope on winning e trophy went up in smoke.

Interesting enough in the 6-Nation series this year England beat Scotland by 1 point and Argentna beat Scotland by 9 points,

Another player discussed regularly on site is Mostert. The Irtaly tet is likely his last test he will play for the Springboks, Next year hew ill not be in any future Springbok squad.

Boks by 50.

The following day World Rugby officially declares this Bok side the greatest that's ever played the game.

Rassie is nominated for President of Planet Earth.

One week later, a hungover Springboks lose by 1 point to Wales.

Rugby is subsequently banned from South Africa, and even a mention of the word is punishable by death. Rassie exiled to Elba.
