At Millenium Stadium today, Wales versus NZ, Welsh scrummy gets the ball passes to inside cente then to lock and then to loosehead ...Williams to Williams and then Jones to Jones...similar things I recall have happened in Welsh rugby games radio commentaries before....rather confusing when they don't have time to pronounce the first names as well
