Going to Twickers on Friday
"I’ll be the big fat dumb bloke in the stands"
ugly?
Lol Enjoy man...take pictures and post them.
Look for the person on the stadium roof with a light relaying signals from Rassie
He’s hoping to pick up the dietitian whilst he’s there. By all accounts it shouldn’t be too difficult !!
Did you say fat?
Congrats on being able to go to the game Saffex! I'll be looking for "..the big fat dumb bloke in the stands"
but as you will most likely be sitting with other Bok supporters it may be difficult to spot you
Please do take photos & let us kno w the game atmosphere.
PS anyone have suggestions on what Saffex should wear so we can spot him?
Pink?
Good suggestion Moz, pink is the color of the day what with the Barbie movie, etc. (for those who like such things).
PS what happened to CleverMike? we hardly hear from him these days
He is drowning in Ukranian history, you can find him on Beeno’s Trumpet.
That wee chap Beeno has led a lot of people astray
I’m sure you’ll look very handsome in pink, Saffex
Ha ha, good one Saffex
Well you probably will be tanked up by then, Saffex !
I'll be there boet, will drop you a message
Here is the All Black team
15 Beauden Barrett, 14 Will Jordan, 13 Rieko Ioane, 12 Jordie Barrett, 11 Mark Telea, 10 Richie Mounga, 9 Aaron Smith, 8 Ardie Savea, 7 Sam Cane (c), 6 Luke Jacobson, 5 Scott Barrett, 4 Sam Whitelock, 3 Tyrel Lomax, 2 Dane Coles, 1 Ethan de Groot.
Subs: 16 Samisoni Taukei’aho, 17 Tamaiti Williams, 18 Fletcher Newell, 19 Josh Lord, 20 Tupou Vaai, 21 Dalton Papali’i, 22 Cam Roigard, 23 Anton Leinert-Brown
Enjoy Saffex. Will never forget my Twickenham experience. Hope it's a great game.
Other than Dane Coles and Aaron Smith . . . and maybe Mark Telea (Caleb Clarke), it's a full strength All Black Team.
Well, try not to indulge too much, Saffex. You have a dietician to woo
It's is good to finally find a half back that could bring that thought to mind Rooi but IMO he should be brought along more slowly. Smith allowed the ABs to use the ball fast and relentlessly attack to tire the opposition - he facilitated a major change in the AB tactics. Roigard seems to offer more aggression around the rucks and scrums and very good instincts, his day will come.
JW, maybe you're right. Smith is still the safer option but picking Roigard would be bold and g ive the AB's another attacking option.
Will Jordan is your real weapon.
I think Will Jordan is a real talent.
Let's hope injuries don't force the change but nice to know the ABs have a good 9 ready to step in.
Agree on Jordan in the game against the Boks he was key in many of the good AB plays. He was able to retrieve some of those subtle kicks over the heads of the Bok defenders and that had a big impact on that game.
Will Jordan reminds me so much of Christian Cullen i t's scary . . . especially for a Springbok supporter.
How do you think an English supporter feels about the whole situation ?
They are probably seeing red, so to speak.
Only twice…until this Saturday
becs, your team always pitches up at RWCs . . . and you have the soft half of the draw,
I'd bet on England before I bet on Ireland or the Wallabies.
Oh I can’t see it this time, Rooinek. We are in a total mess
I am shocked to say that Mrs Searle is correct. It's statistically more likely that England will find a way deep into the playoffs than Ireland progressing from their group! World Cups are their own entity, and never go as planned. With an easy schedule like the Boks in 2019, anything can happen.
But England can’t actually play any Rugby at the moment !
It’s going to be a bit of an ask for them to beat Argentina.
Most fans don’t even think we will get out of the Pool.
England (hosting the RWC in 2015) failed to get out of the Pool stage.
Yes, either Australia and maybe Argentina could be a dark horse but this WC has so many possibilities for upsets. The safest banker is always NZ. France's chances have never been so good but they are so unpredictable, I think they lost to Tonga in 2011, only to arrive in the final against NZ, in NZ with a 1 point, disputable loss. The French seem to function in reverse mentality...they fail the perceived obvious and surprise the perceived impossibilities.
Saffex would be a nice okie, if he was not so angry and enjoyed his rugby in a more relaxed manner and curtailed his unsavoury diction down.
JW I have led many to the truth. Some are still reeling from what they are learning!
Its time to go Orc hunting Boks!
No side looks completely dominant at this stage. The Potato men look beatable as do the Frogs.
The English Porkers need to go on a special diet and shed tons of lard.
Just saying
Enjoy the game Dave.
Don't miss the first 20 minutes,
