Come to think of it there are many.I noticed it at school...usually Ist XI players or a vast majority thereof played for Ist XV.

Daryl Bestall, cricket, hockey and he captain our XV and Natal Schools and there were many others. Jonty Rhodes captained SA Hockey and would have played rugby except for the fact that Jonty was an epilectic and rugby would have put him at very high risk. I think he would have made an excellent flyhalf. Hansie Cronje captained Grey Bloem in rugby and come to think of it, it was one of Grey's best sides. Ruben Kruger was in that side.

Jeff Wilson played both Black Caps and All Blacks and was one of the very best.

Both Herschell Gibbs and Peter Kirsten were outstanding rugby players and so the list goes on.

Come to think of it Patrick Lambie was an outstanding cricketer when at Michaelhouse and even Victor Matfield and Morne Du Plessis were no slouches at cricket. So were all the Pollocks at youth.

Can you think of a bit more?

I'm guessing but the multi talented "360" would have to be a contender?
