Hi Guys. Apologies in advance for subjecting all those who dont know me to this post Denny contacted me yesterday and said I should pop in so I am popping in.

Hope you are all keeping very well. Beeno, Deny and other WP/Stormers fans - I hope you are over the Currie Cup final .

With the things happening at the Sharks at the moment - I think there is more of that to come ! For the first time in a long time I am very positive about the Sharks. I think Jake almost has me believing the Sharks might win the Super 15 next year as well ! I know Paul Anthony personally, and I think people are underestimating what he can bring to the Sharks as well.

Regarding me. I dont want to dampen things in here with sob stories about health and well being but in short, it continues to be a challenging personal time for me and I think that is one of the reasons for my absence. I think the guys that are on my facebook friends list know what has been going on.

I wish you guys all a wonderful festive season and a fantastic 2014 !

Thanks dude. We only brought a small box of stuff over with us, so I uploaded all my music to my wife's iPOD which is on the brink. I have to take it in here to the Apple store so that they can get all my music off. I used to listen to those CDs in my car right up until the day we left though. There were two albums that I especially liked !

Nice to  hear from you.   I hope you are doing well and that you and yours have a wonderful festive season.   Stay around - as a Sharks fan I am also in urgent need of support.

Hi Sharky54, are you the poster who was on the old Supersport site as BokShark or the poster who called himself Shark Attack . . . or are you someone else entirely?

Blob, if you're right, he'll remember what name I used to call him . . . and note that we weren't always mates. I f he's the Shark Attack poster I'm referring to then we had a few clashes in our time.

Hi there Sharkie wonderful to hear from you again!!!!!!!!Sorry to hear your health has not been good although I confess to not knowing what the problem is. Hope though that you are getting better day by day and making your way in the US.
I would get over the Currie Cup loss but just feel WP are messing up big time. Our main business is exporting quality players and we have a head coach who, although a decent type, just doesnt cut it for me. We still have a useful squad so hope springs eternal.(My other problem is I have a number of unruly kiwi bird brains here I an endeavouring to educate in matters pertaining to rugby).

I do think the Sharks under Jake will become a real force and would not be surprised if they won the Super 15 even as early as the first year of Jake being in charge.
All the very best for Christmas!

Hi there Bobbok glad also to hear from you. Trust all is well down under and the kiwis are not too insufferable due a little fortuitous ref assisted success! You do of course have my total sympathy!
I note that the noted cretin hakwa is fouling up the board with his unfortunate pics!

Greetings Sharky. I am a relative newcomer to  this board myself but it is a good mix of rugby debate & banter.
Beware of the bad boy beeno he enjoys being in a fragile dream state where Boks & no. 1. Best not shake him up too much.

Bobbok you can expect to have much to say in 2014.
Take no note of ou JW Sharky he has a severe denialist complex but Beeno has the cure and it arrives in 2014.

Beeno: thanks for sending the picture of your latest haka attempts. Much improved I must say - you have been working hard but it still looks like a manic aerobic dance step & not a testostrone driven controlled rage which is the haka as performed by the mighty ABs.

Need to get some more protein in your diet mate & hit the weights, you are looking a little spindly

Oh, yes and a warning clueless Mike is NOT a Sharks supporter. He only continuously says that so that he can tout as many Province players as possible and slag off Sharks players. That is the only way he can "prove" how "objective" he is.

He is a WP supporter. Always was and always will be.

 Sharkie

Thanks for popping in, I don't have to say a great deal for the board has spoken as you can see from the allround warm welcome. Clearly you have many friends and you are one of my top four posters. Vasbyt Boet as you struggle through a tough time in your life but don't hesitate to call in and say hello whenever you feel the need. We'll be here waiting.

Great work Denny and very glad Sharkie popped in. Wonder what health problems he has. I do recall something being mentioned some while back.

Skapie, my boy picked up three concussions in the space of about 6 months during his matric year so he packed it in. He still plays touch rugby once a week but he's concentrating on soccer now.
