I have to agree. Vusi is there because Rassie is short on black players.
The rest needs time and Rassie is building towards 2031. So some of them might be to early to go to the next world cup.
And let's not fall into that trap of chasing the next youngsters, they need to go prove themselves

Another issue is that over 30 years of age suffer more frequently from injuries and take lnger to recover from such injuries.
