...prop Rhys Carre just scored one of the classic prop tries, shoving Balacoune out of the way and running it in from the 22.

12-10 Ireland at HT.

Definitely dropped the ball over the line, ref says clear grounding. Try stands.

Wales just not organized enough in attack, same issue as Italy - competitive, but can't get enough points on the board.

Again Wales get good attacking ball in the 22 but they go the wrong way where they only have two runners against a wall of Irish defenders.

Wales eventually labours it over for a try now after some crunching goal line defense from Ireland.

Wales defence is astonishing at times . . . but Ireland go wide and Osborne is in. That's probably the game.

Osborne in. Just seems inevitable when Ireland get down there.

Crowley leaves Wales with a sniff with the missed conversion. Wales have a yellow.

One of the better 6 Nations matches of the season…the match turned on that McCarthy grab of a weak tactical kick, which led directly to an Ireland try

I wonder how many tackles Alex Mann ended up with. Commentators had him at 31 some way through the second half.

Zammit on the other hand, less impressive. Ran over by both McCloskey and JGP (of all people).

No lets face a few facts. In the eriod 2019 to 2024 Ireland as on top or vey close in ranking of teas in the world, Since then Ireland Rugby showed all the signs of a backward trend in team performances, Ireland has not been able to replace some of their past stars with adequate replacements, and in my opinion they wil have to start rebuilding their rugby team.

Bad luck to Wales. They are improving and are showing a lot of heart and pride.

The Carre try was fantastic

Yes, it's a wooden spoon but weirdly, there wasn't a single game where I didn't feel some pride in my Welsh blood at least once or twice during the game.

Carre's try was fantastic. Prop running tries are always the best.

Dan Edwards danced like Phil Bennett of old . . . except Bennett did that kind of thing on attack, not on defence.

Hard luck Wales. Keep believing boyos.
