Geez he was good in that shit show by Jake’s B team. What stood out for me more than anything is the strength of the lad. He is not bulky but fuck me he is strong The only other credible performances were from Sebastian de Klerk on the wing, Aker at 2, Gumede at 7 and the young lock pair of Swanepoel and JF v Heerden Shocking performance by Immelman at 13, he was slow and out of position, got severely exposed defensively. Poor lad has hardly played any rugby and when he has it’s been at 15 or on the wing. The rest of the backs were not much better

I agree with all that.

There were some stand out performances from the Bulls players but too few to really make much of a difference.

I felt the Saints started the match with a little too much complacency, they were rather sloppy. But the second half showed they had knocked that on the head.

It was a good game. Rather worried about Leinster though, I have to say.

There was no merit in that game it was not a true test at all. It would have been a completely different game had that fucking useless Jake White been true to his franchise and its supporters Jake White is a petulant wanker

True but I felt we played well, particularly in the second half. You can only play against whatever is thrown at you.

Saints were very good - loved the attacks they created helped by pathetic defence by Immelman in particular

Thank you.

I felt we grew into the game quite nicely.
