National coach Jacques Nienaber confirmed that Rassie Erasmus will indeed be travelling with the team on their final assignment of 2021, where they'll play three Tests against Wales, Scotland and England.
"Rassie is coming along with us on tour," he said following the announcement of the squad that will do duty.
"He will fulfil his normal role as he has done previously."

Perhaps Nienaber beating the ABs was a bit of a threat to the myth that he is indispensable?
This is a weird attack on Erasmus by the biggest rugby idiot ever. He never attacked Meyer and Coetzee for their substandard coaching and yet he has the audacity to attack Erasmus. Idiot speak at best.

Well, Josè's record on EOYTs isn't spectacular, now is it? Without three Louw turnovers in the last five minutes we'd have been 1-3 under Josè.
OK Meyer's worst was in 2014 - much worse than that of Erasmus - without ifs and buts, Meyer started rebuilding the team six months before the EOYT after the Coetzee and Meyer disasters.. Meyer on the other hand had near to three years as coach - during which he failed badly to build up anything and was a coaching disaster.
Meyer had two consecutive clean sweeps on the NH. Until he put the fate of the team in the hands of Lambie, Reinach, Coenie, Mvovo, Lood, Coetzee, Goosen, Serfontein et al. Meyer always had problems when he caved to the popular vote. In the end, his 2014 was a 50% on the EOYT, which was equal to 2018, not worse. In fact, it was a bit better, as we clearly won our two wins, we didn't need a very fortuitous steal to save it after the hooter. Also, we never conceded a try to Wales in 2014; the "stout" defence of Krutch gave away two tries, as Steph was splattered by real physicality. Youare too easy Lügnerin. Why?
