Over our saffa friends who have almost zero exposure to the 'other " rugby code ,offloading being the prime example .NZ coaches have even used Aussie rules players to overcome deficiencies bought to light in 2009 .Israel Folau and SBW are cross code players of note with SBW taking the offloading thang to new heights and changing how the ABs play .There is of course nothing to be learned from soccer other than flomping around looking like your about to die and making kissy face.

Mate it's all those Kiwi backyard sports that we're brought up doing like touch rugby , league, bull rush, rugby, aussie rules , grid iron etc- all of them hone the tackling skills, strengthens hand eye coordination ,increases fitness, competitiveness....one advantage that SA has over us though is the altitude and all the benefits associated with training at altitude which has  been compared to legal doping...

Mr Brycy I remember bullrush as being quite a good way to hone those sidestepping skills ,especially playing the tackle version when yer the last one left ! Touch rugby of course has well known benefits and the version the wee ones play in NZ should be emulated ASAP by some countries .

Yea mate , ....I think the legacy of apartheid adversely affects SA team sports as well ...they complain about quotas and would rather play in Europe than play with the blacks...rugby has traditionally been a white sport in SA and is like the last bastion of white supremacy for some of them...

So because young South African chaps feel quotas are unfair, that they have no chance  eg at wing, and pursue their own economic best interests.....'they would rather play in Europe than play with blacks'. What utter self righteous rubbish.
